Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you will be absolutely happy with your Cabocotribe hat. All of our hats are made with fastidious attention and a true care of love based on the customer's specific measurements and desires, therefore we are not able to accept returns.


Please be careful when measuring your head to ensure a proper fit. All CabocoTribe hats are made by hand so with full artistic floret might result in some imperfections. 

However, our aim is to make your hat feel most comfortable and that you are happy with. If your CabocoTribe hat needs alteration, we are happy to work with you to ensure your full satisfaction.

Please be aware we are not responsible for posted cover you would like us to make any alteration to your hat.


Depending on your chosen design it will take from 4 to 6 weeks for your Hat to be completed and posted. 


For shipping outside UK please contact us to get a personal shipping quote.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). Cabocotribe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)


CabocoTribe  is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please take a photo of your damage package save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
